С настоящото писмо бихме искали да Ви уведомим за създаването на Първа виртуална школа по български език „За буквите”. От 6 септември 2010г. започва абонаментната кампания за достъп до електронните курсове, включващи теоретични материали, тестове за самооценка на знанията и литературни текстове.
Учебното съдържание е разработено съгласно програмата на МОН за обучение на български деца зад граница. Автори на материалите са магистри по българска филология и специалисти по педагогика и методика на обучението с дългогодишен опит. За да улесним децата при усвояването и поддържането на родния език или при усвояването му като чужд език, предлагаме и електронни тестове за самооценка. Така учениците ще имат възможност по изключително забавен и достъпен начин да упражнят наученото, както и да проверят нивото на знанията си. Резултатите, постигнати при решаването на електронните тестове, са достъпни и за техните учители и родители.
За да се запознаете с нашата дейност, както и с електронното обучение и работата във виртуалната класна стая, предлагаме участие в демонстрационни уроци по предварителна заявка.

Абонаментът е валиден за учебната 2010-2011 година, считано от 01.10.2010г. до 31.05.2011г.

Ако трябва... От известно време ми се мъдрят едни такива не многолицеприятни факти, свързани с непрекъснатото увеличаващата се китайска популация тук. Ако трябва да се резюмира, е следното:
1) За китайците е трудно да получат документи за легално пребиваване в Испания, но пък за сметка на това иберийците дават луди облекчения за новите китайски фирми. Толкова луди, колкото неплащане на данъци първите няколко години от дейността.
2) Китайците, които започват бизнес в Испания, имат някакви невъобразими начални капитали, за които обикновения Педро или Хосе не може и да си мечтае. Не ми е ясно колко лесно се събират няколкостотин хиляди евро, понякога и над милион, за закупуване на сграда, но... 90% от чайна-предприемачите работят в собствените си складове.
3) Резултатът е, че куп испанци, някои от тях мои познати, губят бизнеса си, понеже не могат да бият китайските цени. А в дни на криза, хората предпочитат да платят 5 евро, вместо 15. Макар и после да се появяват публикации за получени обриви и натравяния в резултат на лоша обработка или съхранение на стоките, това не спира засиленото пазаруване от китайските щандове.
4) В така обичания от испанците Corte Ingles, стоките са китайски, като е задължение на персонала да подменя етикетите. (За последното свидетелства моя позната, работила там).
5) Аз самата предпочитам да пазарувам от китайските магазини за хранителни стоки просто понеже затварят не в 9:45, а малко след полунощ.
6) В постепенно оформилия се като огромен китайски пазар полигон Cobo Calleja улиците на китайските складове са покрити с боклуци и смърдят. Останалите 2-3 испански улици са изрядно чисти, с добре поддържани сгради и с толкова приветлива атмосфера, колкото може да бъде постигната в индустриална зона. Всички знаем обаче, че техните дни са преброени.

Въпрос с повишена трудност: защо аз като аутономо със или без приходи, но обявена в данъчното, дължа по 250 евро на месец за осигуровки, а там, дето се въртят милиони на месец, остават необлагани?

- Добър вечер - каза за всеки случай малкият принц.
- Добър вечер - каза змията.
- На коя планета съм паднал? - попита малкият принц.
- На Земята, в Африка - отговори змията.
- Ах!... Значи на Земята няма никой?
- Тук е пустиня. В пустините няма никой. Земята е голяма - обясни змията.
Малкият принц седна на един камък и вдигна поглед към небето:

воденички по Португалски

Продукти за 4 човека:

1 кг пилешки воденички
1 глава лук, нарязан на ситно
2 скилидки чесън нарязани на колелца
2 с.л. зехтин
50 грама маргарин
1 наденицa (chouriço)
Люти чушки на вкус
3 дафинови листа
6 супени лъжици доматено пюре
1 чаша вино
1 чаша вода
Сол (само поръсете воденичките)

Начин на приготвяне:
Почистете воденичките от кожа и мастна тъкан, измийте ги със студена вода
и ги нарежете на парчета. Нарежете наденицaта (chouriço)на едри кръгове.
Поставете в тенджера маргаринa,зехтинa,лукът,чесънът, дафиновият лист и ги запържете леко.
По средата на пърженето, добавете колбасa(chouriço) и оставете да се зачерви леко.
Добавете воденичките и подправете с малко сол, добавете лютите чушки и разбъркaйте добре.
Добавете доматено пюре полейте с бялото вино и добавете вода.
Похлупете и оставете да къкри 35-45 минути, докато воденичките омекнат.
Сервирайте яастието горещо придруженo с пържени картофkи или бял ориз:)
